Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara budaya organisasi dan loyalitas kerja dengan intensi turnover pada karyawan PT. Cipaganti Heavy Equipment Samarinda. Dimana diajukan dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat, yaitu budaya organisasi dan loyalitas kerja berperan sebagai variabel bebas sedangkan intensi turnover berperan sebagai variabel terikat.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini menggunakan 71 sampel karyawan yang berada atau bekerja di kota samarinda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket intensi turnover, budaya organisasi, dan loyalitas kerja. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.0 For Windows.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan loyalitas kerja dengan intensi turnover (F = 80.022, R2 = 0.302, dan p = 0.000); (2) tedapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan intensi turnover (beta = 0.811, t = 12.231, dan p = 0.000); (3) terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara loyalitas kerja dengan intensi turnover (beta = 0.177, t = 2.674, dan p = 0.009).<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
