Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan program corporate social responsibility (CSR) PT.Gunungbayan Pratamacoal dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat kecamatan Jempang Kutai Barat. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran seacara umum bahwa pelaksanaan CSR PT.GBPC dikecamatan Jempang Kutai Barat masih kurang maksimal. Bidang lingkungan (planet), bidang sosial (people) yang sudah menunjukan hasil meskipun lebih banyak dalam bentuk bantuan sosial dan fisik, sedangkan bidang ekonomi (profit) masih belum menunjukan hasil yang signifikan, pemberdayaan ekonomi masih kurang karena sering terjadi tumpang tindih antara program pemberdayaan ekonomi dari pemerintah, dan belum meratanya CSR dikecamatan Jempang Kutai Barat. Maeskipun belum semua bidang yang berjalan dengan maksimal tetapi bidang yang sudah berjalan tetap CSR PT.GBPC juga memberikan manfaat yang banyak bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah Kecamatan Jempang Kutai Barat.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
