Melalui kegiatan Pelatihan, Sertifikasi, dan Penempatan kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian Model Kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan untuk memperoleh data penelitian dengan menggunakan pengamatan langsung dilapangan, serta wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang dipakai adalah model analisis interaktif (interactive model of analysis) dari Mattew B. Milles &amp; A. Michael Huberman yang meliputi kegiatan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan dari penelitian lapangan dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, diketahui bahwa peran BLKI Samarinda dalam meningkatkan kualitas peserta pelatihan kerja industri melalui kegiatan Pelatihan, Sertifikasi dan Penempatan Kerja telah berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
