Uang makan tersebut diberikan kepada PNS berdasarkan tarif dan dihitung secara harian untuk keperluan makan PNS.<br \/>\nDengan adanya Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 110\/PMK.05\/2010 tentang Pemberian dan Tata Cara Pembayaran Uang Makan Bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil , diharapkan Universitas Mulawarman khususnya Sub Bagian Rutin (Gaji), Bagian Keuangan, Rektorat mampu melaksanakan peraturan tersebut secara optimal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Lingkungan Universitas Mulawarman khususnya dalam pemberian uang makan.
