Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> China-Kazakhstan corporation is an implementation of foreign policy to maintain security energy (oil), that is focuses on a country in Central Asia, namely Kazakhstan. In there are an abundance of energy resources especially oil, where influenced by geographical factors, which directly borders Kazakhstan to China so as to facilitate energy transfer oil. The form of investment policies through state-owned enterprises such as China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Transnational Oil Pipeline over Sino_Kazakh bilateral cooperation agreement, which is realized in three stages starting in 2004 until 2010. Then cooperate in the field of military, where it is one of the policy in securing energy security lanes in each country, is no exception with oil pipeline to transport pathway. So the result of this policy is a win win situation, which gives the advantage of both, China get oil for industrial viability that affect the development of the economy and Kazakhstan get technology, infrastructure improvements, and education.<\/li>\n
