Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Dari hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang terdapat pengaruh yang antara variabel-variabel independent. Nilai koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,431, menjelaskan variabilitas variabel kemampuan kerja (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 43,1%, sedangkan sisanya diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari model persamaan regresi  yaitu Y = 15.312 + 0,361.X1 + 0,325.X2, diketahui kedua variabel independent membentuk hubungan yang positif terhadap variabel dependent. Koefisien korelasi zero order\/product moment menjelaskan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang paling erat terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Sedangkan dari uji asumsi klasik tersebut, maka model persamaan regresi linier termasuk kategori BLUE  (Best Linier Unbiased Estimator).<\/li>\n<li id=\"fm-item-penerbit\"> <strong> 5.
