Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> This study aimed to describe the role of the International Committee of the Red Cros (ICRC) in addressing the humanitarian crisis occurring in syria since the conflict between government and majority of people who do not agree with syria Presidential leadership of Syria Bashar al – Assad, the conflict has caused casualties more than 15000 inhabitants and attract attention of the international community to show the ICRC’s commitment to provide assistance to communities that syria until the end of 2012 syria is still categorized as a regional humanitarian crisis caused by the war between the government considers that most of people who rebelled against the leadership of its president considered as terrorists and also people who think that the government syria. the president is not on hold anymore. The ICRC’s largest humanitarian organization in the world actually take a pretty extreme measure is to ask for permission to both sides of the conflict to give pause time in 1 to 4 hours to evacuate people in syria. It was become casualties of the government or the rebels.<\/li>\n
