Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan dalam menghasilkan karyawan yang berkualitas pada PT Sucofindo Cabang Samarinda khususnya pada bagian Administrasi.  Berdasarkan Uji \u2013 F (Uji signifikan simultan) disimpulkan bahwa ke-empat variabel pelatihan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas karyawan .  Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari nilai  Fhitung (23.582) &gt; Ftabel (2.90) pada \u03b1 = 5%.  Berdasarkan uji \u2013 t disimpulkan bahwa dari keempat variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kualitas karyawan yaitu variable bahan-bahan pelatihan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3.332 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.004 sedangkan variabel yang berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan adalah variabel pelatih\/trainer dengan nilai thitung  sebesar -1.339 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,395. Koefisien determinan (R\u00b2) yaitu dengan nilai 0.832  artinya variabel pelatihan yang terdiri dari variabel pelatih\/trainer, bahan-bahan pelatihan, fasilitas pelatihan dan lama pelatihan mampu memberikan penjelasan variable kualitas karyawan sebesar 83,2% dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat pada persamaan model.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
