Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 20 menunjukkan bahwa dari beberapa faktor-faktor motivasi berpengaruh negative dan positif,tidak signifikan dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Dari hasil koefisien regresi berganda Y=5,098-0,129X1+0,128X2-0,062X3- 0,103X4-0,229X5. Nilai R (koefisien korelasi) sebesar 0,360 menunjukan adanya hubungan rendah antara variabel bebas terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Nilai R2 diperoleh (koefisien deteminasi) menunjukan bahwa variabel bebas mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan sebesar 12,9% sisanya 87,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Pengujian hipotesis secara keseluruhan uji F (uji serentak) tabel hasil uji Anova diperoleh nilai Sig. = 0,107 &gt; 0,05 Alpha menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas yang diteliti tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. sehingga membuktikan hipotesis tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan secara bersama-sama ditolak.<br \/>\n Hasil pengujian dengan dari uji t (uji parsial) menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yaitu kebutuhan keamanan dan keselamatan serta kebutuhan aktualisasi diri merupakan variabel yang paling signifikan dan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT Asa Sumber Rezeki Tenggarong.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
