Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode statistik dengan metode regresi linier berganda, sehingga berdasarkan metode tersebut maka dihasilkan analisis data dan pembahasan kepuasan nasabah Bank BRI Unit Sangasanga adalah : Y = 0,599 &#8211; 0,036X1 + 0,076X2 + 0,193X3 + 0,212X4 + 0,405X5. Hal ini berarti apabila terjadi kenaikan pada variabel independent (X) yang terjadi dari variabel kehandalan, keresponsifan, jaminan, empati, dan berwujud akan menyebabkan kenaikan pada variabel dependentnya (Y) kepuasan nasabah,juga sebaliknya. Nilai R yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,710, yang berarti hubungan antara variabel kehandalan, keresponsifan, jaminan, empati, dan berwujud dengan kepuasan nasabah Bank BRI Unit Sangasanga adalah KUAT. Nilai R Square yang dihasilkan 50,4% yang berarti kepuasan nasabah Bank BRI Unit Sangasanga dapat dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh kehandalan, keresponsifan, jaminan, empati, dan berwujud. Sedangkan sisanya 49,6% kepuasan nasabah Bank BRI Unit Sangasanga dijelaskan dan dipengaruhi oleh sebab-sebab yang lain. Berdasarkan penafsiran secara partial, menunjukkan bahwa variabel berwujud mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank BRI Unit Sangasanga. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai thitung terbesar yaitu 3,980 &gt; 2,311 dan nilai terkecil 0,000 &lt; 0,05, sehingga hipotesis kedua diterima yang berarti menolak Ho dan menerima Ha.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
