Description [Abstrak]:<\/strong> Good governance by one of its cybernatics approach, described that in line with the fast of community development, increasing complex rumours which have to be decided immediatelly, govermant institution variety as well as strength of the prosperous communityespecially traditional agency that participate in process of policy decision, so satisfy final results and the public policy are impossible to be achieved if rely on government sector only. The fact shows that teh existence of traditional agencymore often situated in formality order, even rarely it isn\u2019t to be political commondity for certain groups. It has to be realised that the available of traditional agency in all Indonesia area \u2013 truly has great potency in supporting the development process, both in local area in national level, in reveiew fact that most Indonesian inhabitants are located in countrysides which still heve greattraditional nuances. Silpy, theoritical study about the cooperation pattern between the government bureaucracy and traditional agency try to formulate and stressed about the important of efforts whitchable to join between government bureaucracy and availbel traditional agency at its area in a good cooperation pattern, for the development implementation.<\/li>\n
