Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Kekerasan seksual merupakan isu<br \/>\nserius yang menimpa banyak individu, terutama perempuan dan anak-anak.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan dan program yang<br \/>\ndiimplementasikan oleh pemerintah daerah dalam menangani kasus<br \/>\nkekerasan seksual, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas dari upaya-upaya tersebut<br \/>\ndalam konteks Keamanan Manusia (Human Security). Penelitian ini<br \/>\nmenggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, di mana data<br \/>\ndikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait,<br \/>\nobservasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa<br \/>\nmeskipun pemerintah telah melaksanakan berbagai program perlindungan<br \/>\ndan upaya sosialisasi, masih terdapat tantangan dalam implementasinya,<br \/>\ntermasuk stigma sosial dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai<br \/>\nhak-hak korban. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan<br \/>\nkolaborasi antara pemerintah, organisasi non-pemerintah (LSM), dan<br \/>\nmasyarakat luas untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman bagi korban<br \/>\nkekerasan seksual.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
