Keberhasilan program ini sangat<br \/>\nbergantung pada efektivitas peran pendamping dalam mendampingi Keluarga<br \/>\nPenerima Manfaat (KPM)..Penelitian ini menganalisis peran pendamping PKH di<br \/>\nDesa Makmur Jaya Kecamatan Kongbeng menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif<br \/>\ndeskriptif dengan kerangka teori Ife dan Tesoriero yang membagi peran<br \/>\npendamping menjadi empat aspek: fasilitatif, edukasional, perwakilan, dan teknis.<br \/>\nData diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 13 informan yang terdiri<br \/>\ndari pendamping PKH, aparat desa, dan sembilan KPM, serta observasi langsung<br \/>\ndan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pendamping<br \/>\nmemiliki kontribusi penting, keempat aspek peran tersebut belum berjalan secara<br \/>\noptimal di Desa Makmur Jaya. Penambahan tenaga pendamping, perbaikan sistem<br \/>\ninformasi, dan penguatan kemitraan untuk meningkat<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
