Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Purpose: This research seeks to explore the influence of sensory<br \/>\nexperiences and perceived value on consumer satisfaction and loyalty<br \/>\nregarding Skintific products among Samarinda&#8217;s residents.<br \/>\nMethod: This study employs a quantitative approach with<br \/>\nassociative methods. The population consists of Samarinda residents<br \/>\nwho use Skintific products, with a total of 130 respondents. The<br \/>\nsampling technique used is non-probability sampling, specifically the<br \/>\naccidental sampling method.<br \/>\nResult: The findings indicate that sensory experience has a<br \/>\nsignificant impact on both customer satisfaction and loyalty.<br \/>\nHowever, perceived value significantly affects customer satisfaction<br \/>\nbut does not have a notable influence on customer loyalty. However,<br \/>\nthrough an indirect connection, perceived value can impact loyalty<br \/>\nvia satisfaction. Consequently, the results suggest that customer<br \/>\nsatisfaction serves a crucial function as a mediator in linking<br \/>\nperceived value with customer loyalty. Therefore, initiatives to boost<br \/>\nperceived value should align with efforts to enhance customer<br \/>\nsatisfaction in order to build enduring loyalty.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
