Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Krisis Rohingya berakar pada sejarah panjang dan kompleks di Myanmar, di mana etnis Muslim ini tidak<br \/>\ndiakui sebagai warga negara sejak kemerdekaan 1948 dan dilegitimasi oleh Undang-Undang<br \/>\nKewarganegaraan 1982. Hal ini mengakibatkan pengungsi Rohingya mencari perlindungan di Bangladesh<br \/>\nNamun, perlakuan buruk di Bangladesh mendorong mereka mengarungi lautan demi perlindungan di negara<br \/>\nlain, termasuk Indonesia. Indonesia, sebagai negara transit strategis, telah menerima gelombang pengungsi<br \/>\nRohingya sejak 2009. Meskipun belum meratifikasi Konvensi Pengungsi 1951, Indonesia mengadopsi prinsip<br \/>\nnon-refoulement berdasarkan dasar kemanusiaan. Namun, kerangka hukum nasional yang terbatas<br \/>\nmenyebabkan tantangan besar dalam pemenuhan hak-hak dasar seperti akses kesehatan, pendidikan, dan<br \/>\npekerjaan. Selain itu, respons masyarakat Aceh yang awalnya simpatik berubah menjadi penolakan, dipicu<br \/>\noleh lonjakan kedatangan, dugaan kriminalitas, pelanggaran norma lokal, kecemburuan sosial, dan<br \/>\npenyebaran disinformasi.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
