Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang driver Gojek online di Kota Samarinda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis regresi sederhana dengan melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi yang menggunakan alat uji spss versi 27 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kebijakan penghapusan premium dan kesejahteraan driver Gojek online. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji koefisien regresi dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
