Kinerja adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan seberapa baik suatu kegiatan dilakukan dalam suatu organisasi. Kontribusi seorang karyawan terhadap perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh kinerjanya. Permasalahan utama yang menghambat pertumbuhan dan pembangunan perekonomian suatu negara adalah rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia. Masyarakat Indonesia harus menata terlebih dahulu sumber daya manusianya dalam hal kecerdasan, semangat, inovasi, etika, dan tanggung jawab jika ingin sukses di kancah global.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi yang dilakukan di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Kalimantan Timur untuk mendapatakan hasil dari penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis data model interaktif.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kerja dan kuantitas kerja terbilang baik dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan namun dari segi tanggung jawab terhadap tugas masih membutuhkan tenaga kerja dari luar instansi.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
