Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to understand and evaluate the strategies and efforts that have been made by Indonesia in increasing coffee exports to Australia through the IA-CEPA cooperation framework. This study uses a qualitative method by analyzing secondary data from various relevant sources, including trade reports, export statistics, and related publications. By using the concept of strategy to conduct the analysis, the findings of this study reveal that efforts to increase Indonesian coffee exports are carried out through two main approaches. First, from the internal side, Indonesia is trying to improve the quality of coffee through various improvement programs in the agricultural, processing, and distribution sectors. Second, from the external side, Indonesia promotes coffee in the Australian market, including participating in various trade exhibitions and other promotional activities to increase awareness and demand for Indonesian coffee. However, although various efforts have been made, the results of the study show that these efforts have not had a significant impact on increasing coffee exports to Australia. Statistical data actually shows a decline in Indonesian coffee exports to Australia since the implementation of IA-CEPA. This decline indicates that there are challenges that have not been overcome in utilizing the IA-CEPA framework to encourage coffee exports. Therefore, this study suggests an in-depth evaluation of the strategies used and identification of barriers that may hinder export growth, in order to maximize the potential offered by IA-CEPA.<\/strong><\/li>\n
