Adapun penelitian ini  menggunakan salah satu jenis penelitian yaitu asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel gaji memilki indikator: 1. Kelayakan, 2. Motivasi Kerja, 3. Kepuasan kerja. Variabel kinerja pegawai memilki indikator: 1. Efektivitas, 2. Kualitas, 3. Ketepatan Waktu. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan melalui angket online yaitu googleform dan menggunakan pengembangan metode pengambilan sampel jenuh yang mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, adapun dalam penelitian ini jumlah responden adalah 30 responden.. Untuk pengujian analisis peneliti menggunakan beberapa analisis yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, adapun analisis tersebut dihitung menggunakan bantuan SPSS for windows 22. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kinerja karyawan dan gaji. Gaji hanya menyumbang 18,7% dari perbedaan kinerja karyawan; sisanya sebesar 81,3% disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor yang tidak diperhitungkan dalam penelitian ini. Selain itu, hasil variabel independent berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap kinerja pegawai tidak tetap. Indikator gaji yang memiliki pengaruh paling kuat ialah indikator motivasi kerja.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
