4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to analyze the efforts made by the government of Lenin Moreno in dealing with corruption in Ecuador. This study uses exploratory research methods with literature review data collection techniques and uses secondary data types. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis technique. In this study, researchers used the theory of corruption. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by Lenin Moreno in overcoming corruption in Ecuador were carried out through the penal route or using more criminal law in eradicating corruption. In this case, there are four efforts that are the focus of the discussion taken by the author which are broken down into two parts, namely internal penal efforts in the form of investigations and investigations into the Rafael Correa case, external penal efforts in the form of the ATS-G Cooperation agreement, International republican Institute collaboration and the establishment of CEICCE commission.<\/strong><\/li>\n
