Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah<br \/>\nanalisis regresi linier berganda. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel<br \/>\ncitra merek dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan<br \/>\nsignifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna aplikasi Jamride di Penajam<br \/>\nPaser Utara, variabel citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial<br \/>\nberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguan<br \/>\naplikasi Jamride di Penajam Paser Utara.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
