Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> This research describes about the implementation of CITES and also to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the management of turtle conservation in Indonesia, especially in conservation areas in the district of Berau-East Kalimantan and Serangan-Bali. The results of this research are CITES implementation in Indonesia is done in the form of regulatory policy and work made by the Indonesian government and several organizations, and NGOs, to conserve turtle conservation in Indonesia, especially the Berau area of East Kalimantan , and Serangan-Bali to reduce the level of illegal exploitation and trade of the turtle populations of Indonesia.<\/li>\n
