Description [Abstrak] : Tajikistan and China are countries that have bilateral relations that have existed since 1992 and their relations continued when China issued a foreign policy called One Belt One Road (OBOR) and Tajikistan was the first country to join the policy. In 2016, the policy changed its name to the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and was refined institutionally with the same vision. Tajikistan’s involvement in this policy has both positive and negative impacts on Tajikistan. The results of this study illustrate that the impacts received by Tajikistan from cooperation within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative are divided into positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is that infrastructure development in Tajikistan is increasing, the negative impact is that Tajikistan’s foreign debt to China is increasing.<\/strong><\/li>\n
