\nof research used is explanatory research using a quantitative
\napproach. The sample used was 40 respondents who were
\nemployees of the mechanic section of the Loa Janan Sanga site using
\na non-probability sample using the saturated sample technique. The
\ndata analysis used is path analysis. The results showed that the
\nOccupational Safety variable had no significant effect on the Work
\nDiscipline variable, the Occupational Health variable had a positive
\nand significant effect on the Work Discipline variable, the Work
\nDiscipline variable had a positive and significant effect on the
\nEmployee Performance variable, the Occupational Safety variable
\nhad no significant effect on the Employee Performance variable, the
\nOccupational Health variable has no significant effect on the
\nEmployee Performance variable, the Work Safety variable through
\nWork Discipline as an intervening variable has a significant effect on
\nthe Employee Performance variable and the Occupational Health
\nvariable through Work Discipline as an intervening variable has a
\nsignificant effect on the Employee Performance variable. Thus, PT
\nUnited Tractors Site Loa Janan Sanga continues to strive to
\nimplement the K3 program properly and supervise employees
\nagainst the rules and regulations that apply in the Company. This
\nwill make employees safe and healthy and continue to maintain
\nwork discipline which will avoid the risk of work accidents and
\ncreate good employee performance.<\/strong><\/li>\n
