4. Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> This research aims to describe the cooperation undertaken by the Microsoft Corporation and the Government of Indonesia in the field of Information Technology. This type of research is descriptive which describes the collaboration between Microsoft Corporation and the Government of Indonesia agreed through the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) in advancing information technology and increasing enforcement against violations of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in Indonesia. Data presented are the secondary data obtained through literature review and literature such as books, internet, and others. The analysis technique used is qualitative analysis techniques.<\/li>\n
