Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistic deskriftif dengan instrument skala likert.Berdasarkan analisis data dan penyajian data diagram dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata responden menjawab baik dan cukup baik dalam dalam pendapat mengenai kinerja yang dijalankan Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis, kinerja pelayanan e-KTP diKantor Kecamatan Samarinda sudah cukup baik dan sesuai ,hanya yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan untuk menjalankan kinerja lebih baik <\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
