4. Description [Abstrak] : Abstract: This study aims to explained the reasons of UK\u2019s postponement of 2019 Brexit. The type of research used in this study is explanative. The type of data that used are primary and secondary data obtained by the writer through online library research and literature reviews from books, journals, reports, documents, and internet sources that contain data and\/or relevant informations regarding to the research. The theory used is Decision Making Theory by William D. Choplin. The results of the study show that the UK’s decision to postpone was due to several factors, including the parliament’s rejection of Article 18 of the Withdrawal Agreement on Backstop caused by the Belfast Agreement\/Good Friday Agreement. Another reason is the influence of decision makers in the British government, including Theresa May, Boris Johnson, and Hilary Benn, who received the Queen’s approval. In addition, negotiations in the British parliament regarding the content of the tough Withdrawal Agreement have also become the main factor in the reason for Britain’s delay from the European Union.<\/strong><\/li>\n
