Mulai dari pemenuhan hak-hak buruh perempuan hingga menjunjung tinggi perlindungan buruh perempuan terhadap praktek diskriminasi gender yang tentu dapat merenggut hak asasi dan kesejahteraan buruh perempuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menyelidiki dan membandingkan persepsi buruh perempuan mengenai unsur diskriminasi gender sesuai dengan bentuk-bentuk diskriminasi, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan empat bentuk diskriminasi yang terdapat di PT. SLJ yakni: Marginalisasi, Kekerasan, Stereotip, dan Subordinasi. sedangkan praktik Beban Kerja Ganda tidak ditemukan, Oleh karena itu dalam memberantas rantai diskriminasi gender sangat diperlukan peran dari perusahan sebagai pemangku kebijakan sebagai pemangku kebijakan.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
