Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan masyarakat pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 45 individu Kutai Kartanegara. Dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, data dikumpulkan. Uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi langsung, pengujian hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan. Dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 0,1 dan thitung = 3,232 &gt; ttabel = 1,681 diperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Setelah Ho ditolak, Ha diterima. Nilai R Square yang diperoleh dari perhitungan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,195 menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 19,5%. Sedangkan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini berdampak pada sisanya sebesar 80,5%.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
