Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara dua variabel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan PT Medcomm Solution Medan sebanyak 43 responden. Teknik pengumplan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, keputakaan dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan Software Statistik SPSS Versi 25. Hipotesis dan penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi dan komitmen Organisaional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisional secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasional secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Variabel Komitmen Organisasional merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
