Banyaknya hotel yang melakukan inovasi untuk<br \/>\nmeningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Hotel Zoom Mulawarman Samarinda adalah<br \/>\nsalah satu hotel yang berbintang tiga. Hotel Zoom masih dianggap kurang<br \/>\nmaksimal daam memberikan pelayanan. Dikarenakan, masih ada beberapa<br \/>\nkeluhan yang dialami oleh tamu terkait dengan pelayanan yang diberikan<br \/>\ndiberikan oleh Front Office Department . Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik meneliti<br \/>\ntentang pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Front Office Department terhadap kepuasan<br \/>\ntamu di Hotel Zoom Mulawarman Samarinda.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam<br \/>\npenelitian ini adalah tamu yang pernah menginap di Hotel Zoom Mulawarman<br \/>\nSamarinda. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu 100 responden dengan<br \/>\nmenggunakan teknik sampling accidental sampling. Adapun aat analisis yang<br \/>\ndigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda . Berdasarkan<br \/>\nhasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang terdiri dari bukti fisik,<br \/>\nkehadalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati mempunyai pengaruh yang<br \/>\nsignifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu pada Hotel Zoom Mulawarman Samarinda.<br \/>\nPengujian hipotesis secara keseluruhan (Uji F) membuktikan hipotesis<br \/>\nberpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan tamu secara bersama-sama<br \/>\nditerima(H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima). Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel yang<br \/>\npaling berpengaruh signifikan dengan variabel kualitas pelayanan yang paling<br \/>\ndominan adalah variabel Empati (emphaty) terhadap kepuasan tamu pada Hotel<br \/>\nZoom Samarinda.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
