Penelitian ini<br \/>\nmenggabungkan dua bentuk model penelitian sistem informasi yaitu Technology<br \/>\nAcceptance Model (TAM) dan model Delone dan McLean. Penelitian ini dilakukan<br \/>\ndengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode asosiatif dengan menggunakan skala<br \/>\nlikert. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik nonprobability<br \/>\nsampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dari pengguna ShopeePay. Hasil<br \/>\ndari penelitian ini mendukung seluruh hipotesis yaitu menunjukkan bahwa terdapat<br \/>\npengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari Easy of Use terhadap Intention to Use dan<br \/>\nUser Satisfaction, serta dampaknya terhadap Net Benefit. Tingkat hubungan<br \/>\ntertinggi terdapat pada variabel Easy of Use terhadap variabel Intention to Use<br \/>\ndengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0.696 atau 69%. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li id=\"fm-item-pembimbing\">  6.
