Vin\u2019z Ice Cream<br \/>\nmerupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak dibidang kuliner yang mengutamakan<br \/>\nkepuasan konsumen karena dengan kepuasan konsumen maka suatu usaha akan<br \/>\nmampu meningkatkan keunggulan dalam sebuah persaingan. Namun pada Vin\u2019z<br \/>\nIce Cream Outlet Jalan Bhayangkara Kota Samarinda, berdasarkan wawancara<br \/>\nkonsumen masih merasakan adanya ketidakpuasan dikarenakan terdapat beberapa<br \/>\nkekurangan.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing<br \/>\ndan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Vin\u2019z Ice Cream Outlet<br \/>\nJalan Bhayngkara Kota Samarinda. Experiential marketing (X1) dan kualitas<br \/>\npelayanan (X2) digunakan sebagai variabel independen sedangkan kepuasan<br \/>\nkonsumen (Y) digunakan sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik pengumpulan data<br \/>\ndigunakan dengan observasi lapangan, wawancara, kuesioner serta dokumentasi.<br \/>\nTeknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling (purposive<br \/>\nsampling). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Data<br \/>\ndianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software<br \/>\nstatistik SPSS versi 23.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel experiential marketing dan<br \/>\nkualitas pelayanan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap<br \/>\nkepuasan konsumen. Variabel experiential marketing merupakan variabel yang<br \/>\npaling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
