Jenis penelitian adalah  kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Total Sampling Sebanyak 80 responden. Instrumen  penelitian menggunakan kuisioner. Analisa data menggunakan korelasi product moment, regresi linier berganda, Uji  t, Uji f dan uji determinasi (R Square) dan uji dominan.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (p value=0,254), pada variable motivasi kerja pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (p value=0,035). Variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (p value=0,049). Stres kerja (X1), motivasi kerja (X2) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 7,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 92,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar pembahasan penelitian.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
