Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (i) menguji pengaruh variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Warunk Upnormal Caf\u00e9 di Samarinda, (ii) menguji pengaruh variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Warunk Upnormal Caf\u00e9 di Samarinda, (iii) menguji variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Warunk Upnormal Caf\u00e9 di Samarinda. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel independen yaitu kualitas produk (X1) dan kualitas pelayanan (X2) serta variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan konsumen (Y). Metode analisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi tidak terhingga dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode \u201cPurposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian kepustakaan, riset internet, dan penelitian lapangan berupa wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini (i) dari hasil perhitungan Uji F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Warunk Upnormal Cafe Samarinda, (ii) dari hasil analisis Uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Warunk Upnormal Cafe Samarinda, (iii) dari hasil standardized coefficients beta terbesar adalah variabel kualitas pelayanan (X2) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel kualitas pelayanan (X2).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
