Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to analyze and describe the comparison United State of \nAmerica\u2019s Strategy and People\u2019s Republic of China\u2019s Strategy in developing \ntechnology and exploration of outer space in order to create supremacy in outer \nspace. The type of research is comparative descriptive. The analysis technique used \nis qualitative. The theory\/concept used are Strategy Theory and Strategic Realism. \nThe results of this study indicate that the United States strategy in Creating \nSupremacy in Space is described in the Defense of Space Strategy, while China’s \nstrategy in controlling outer space can be seen from the Defense White Paper \npublished in 2015. Based on the author’s view, regarding the strategy of using outer \nspace by China, in the military, technological and economic fields, can be said to be \nable to compete with the United States, which has used outer space first.<\/strong><\/li>\n
