4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to describe United States\u2019 response towards the National Sword policy implemented in China. This study is a descriptive research type with secondary data source. Then, to explain the research question, author use the concept of Global Waste Trade. This study concludes that the United States\u2019 response towards China\u2019s National Sword policy is to protest China to the World Trade Organization (WTO) under the reason that China has carry overly strict trade restrictions on waste, utilize other trade partners to purchase its waste as a form of waste diversion in which China no longer import on a massive scale and also to optimise its national waste management by improving waste regulation and single-use plastic usage limitation.<\/strong><\/li>\n
