Di bawah bimbingan Ibu Tuti Wediawati, S.Sos., M.Si dan Ibu Dian Dwi Nur Rahmah, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psikolog. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  Pada CV Thortech Asia Software di Samarinda.<br \/>\nAlat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software statistik SPSS versi 23. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, yaitu sebanyak 30 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode perhitungan statistik untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung data-data dari pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Thortech Asia Software di Samarinda.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian pada uji F menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kineja karyawan pada CV Thortech Asia Software di Samarinda, sedangkan dalam uji t menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap terhadap kineja karyawan pada CV Thortech Asia Software di Samarinda.<br \/>\nKesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Thortech Asia Software di Samarinda.dan variabel stres kerja merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.<br \/>\nDengan adanya temuan penelitian ini, pihak perusahaan CV Thortech Asia Software lebih memperhatikan kecerdasan emosional terutama untuk stres kerja guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dikemudian hari.<\/p>\n<p>Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
