The type of research used<br \/>\nis descriptive. The data used is a type of secondary data obtained through the results of<br \/>\na digital literature review from books, journals, reports, documents, and internet sources<br \/>\nthat contain relevant data and information related to the research conducted by the<br \/>\nauthor.<br \/>\nThe results of the study indicate that migrant workers experience discrimination<br \/>\nbefore their departure to the destination country of work. Social issues, education,<br \/>\ninformation, and the registration system for prospective migrant workers to register for<br \/>\nwork have become a domino effect on prospective female migrant workers. The MAMPU<br \/>\nprogram together with Migrant CARE has the same vision and mission to create a safe<br \/>\nspace for migrant workers through the DESBUMI Program and is also the beginning of<br \/>\nthe DESMIGRATIF program to solve the problems of migrant workers in Indonesia.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
