Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan<br \/>\npublik terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kelurahan Air Hitam Samarinda. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik sampel adalah Acidental Sampling. Populasinya adalah masyarakat Kelurahan Air Hitam Samarinda yang menggunakan jasa pelayanan di Kantor Kelurahan Air Hitam Samarinda dan didapatkan 99 responden. Instrumen dipenelitian menggunakan kuisioner. Analisa data menggunakan korelasi product moment, regresi linier sederhana, Uji t serta pengujian determinasi (R Square). Hasilnya dipenelitian ini diperoleh adanya pengaruh yang positif dan juga signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000  t tabel yaitu 4.435&gt;1.984, koefisien regresinya bernilai positif sebesar 0.356. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin baik kualitas pelayanan publik yang diberikan pegawai maka kepuasan masyarakat akan semakin meningkat. Disarankan pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan publik dapat lebih tepat waktu saat datang bekerja, lebih terbuka dalam menjelaskan proses pelayanan, prosedur pelayanan administrasi sesuai dengan nomor antrian, meningkatan kemampuan dalam memberikan penjelasan agar masyarakat bisa memahami prosedur pelayanannya. Agar kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan menjadi semakin baik dan masyarakat dapat menjadi puas.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
