Dilihat dari beberapa aspek tentang kesopanan\/keramahan, biaya, waktu pelayanan dan ketrampilan pegawai, masyarakat beranggapan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan kurang memuaskan karena terkait penyelesaian dokumen masih memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama dan tidak pasti.<br \/>\nSaran yang diberikan oleh penulis adalah pemerintah diharapkan dapat melakukan peninjauan dilapangan. Perlu adanya tambahan alat pengoprasian\/komputer serta staf oprasional kelurahan, dalam hal ketepatan waktu hasil pekerjaan diperlukan adanya suatu catatan pekerjaan yang jelas mengenai pekerjaan yang belum selesai.\n<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
