4. Description [Abstrak] : The study aims to determine the effect of education and work performance on the career development of PT Pos Indonesia\u2019s permanent employees in Samarinda. The variables used in this study consist of independent variables, namely education (X1), work performance (X2) and dependent variables, namely career development (Y). The sample in this study totaled 89 respondents with data analysis techniques used in this study using SPSS version 25 software. The data analysis tool used is the validity tes, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, corelation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, F test, T test, and dominant test. The results showed that education and work performance simultaneously had a significant effect on career development at PT Pos Indonesia in Samarinda. The result of this study show that education and work performance affects career development of 26,9%, while the remaining 73,1% are determined by other variables that are not included in the study. PT Pos Indoensia in Samarinda should need to foster and guide the implementation of education for employees. This is done to support employee careers.<\/strong><\/li>\n
