4. Description [Abstrak] : Diabetes is one of the diseases of global concern. It is also a concern for \nIndonesia as a country that occupies the seventh position in the world with the \nhighest prevalence of diabetes in 2015, besides that DKI Jakarta occupies the first \nposition as the province with the highest prevalence. Because Indonesia still not \nable to overcome it, a collaboration is carried out with Denmark through Novo \nNordisk which is a global health company from Denmark in dealing with diabetes in \nDKI Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that the collaboration between DKI \nJakarta and Novo Nordisk is a collaboration in overcoming the increasing \nprevalence of diabetes in DKI Jakarta through the Cities Changing Diabetes (CCD) \nProgram. The collaboration is based on three important elements in the CCD \nProgram. However, in practice the program did not run optimally due to Covid-19<\/strong><\/li>\n
