Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang Strategi Media Relations Aston Samarinda Hotel an Convention Center dalam Mengelola Reputasi sebagai Business Chain Hotel, adapun penelitian ini ialah menggunakan pendekatan dekriptif kualitatif dan menerapkan ke-sepuluh prinsip excellence dalam teoeri Grunig. Dalam hal imi, yang telah disesuaikan dengan purposive sampling dan yang menjadi informan utama dalam penelitian ini ialah Marketing Communication Manager Aston Samarinda Hotel and Convention Center beserta Staff dari divisi Marketing Communication Aston Samarinda Hotel and Convention Centerdan yang menjadi informan adalah tim dari relasi media yakni RBfm, Kaltim Post Group, Tribun Kaltim beserta informan tambahan lainnya yakni konsumen dan pengunjung Aston Samarinda Hotel and Convention Center.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>5.
