Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Riset ini bertujuan buat mengukur serta mengenali Pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Samarinda. Riset ini ialah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam riset ini yang jadi populasi merupakan segala pegawai di Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Samarinda yang berstatus PNS tidak tercantum Kepala Dinas. Metode pengumpulan informasi memakai kuesioner sebaliknya analisis informasi dicoba dengan memakai analisis korelasi product moment serta analisis regresi linier simpel dengan memakai SPSS tipe 23. Hasil riset menampilkan kalau besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Samarinda sebesar 25, 4% serta apabila dilihat pedoman pemberian interprestasi koefisien korelasi pada ikatan yang lagi. Nilai T table dikenal sebesar 3. 03 dengan demikian bisa disimpulkan ialah secara simultan ada pengaruh yang signifikan.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
