Anugerah Bara Kaltim in<br \/>\nSamarinda.<br \/>\nThe analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS<br \/>\nsoftware version 23, The sampling technique in this study used the saturated<br \/>\nsampling technique, namely all employees at the Head Office of PT. Anugerah<br \/>\nBara Kaltim In Samarinda as many as 54 respondents. The method used is a<br \/>\nquantitative method to determine the effect between two variables. Data collection<br \/>\ntechniques using observation, questionnaires (questionnaire). The hypothesis in<br \/>\nthis study is that there is a significant effect between work discipline (X1) and<br \/>\nmotivation (X2) on employee performance (Y).<br \/>\nThe results of this study concluded that the variables of work discipline<br \/>\n(X1) and motivation (X2) did not simultaneously have a significant effect on<br \/>\nemployee performance (Y). The results of this study also show that the variable<br \/>\nwork discipline (X1) and motivation partially has no significant effect on<br \/>\nemployee performance (Y). The most influential variable test is known that the<br \/>\nwork discipline variable is the most influential variable on employee performance<br \/>\nin the head office of PT.
