Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pembinaan Atlet ESport yang dilakukan oleh IeSPA Kota Samarinda, apakah pembinaan yang telah dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan indikator pengorganisasian, sarana dan prasarana, koordinasi, pengawasan, dan perencanaan serta untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembinaan atlet E-Sport oleh IeSPA Kota Samarinda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh IeSPA Kota Samarinda terhadap atlet e-sport yang ada di Samarinda sudah berjalan dengan adanya kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan terhadap atlet E-Sport. Hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya penyelenggaraan pertandingan atau turnamen antar atlet e-sport yang diadakan oleh IeSPA Kota Samarinda sehingga mampu mengasah kemampuan atlet-atlet e-sport tersebut. Selain itu juga keluaran yang dapat dicapai ialah dapat menemukan bibit baru untuk tingkatan berikutnya. Sedangkan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembinaan atlet esport oleh IeSPA Kota Samarinda adalah minimnya dana yang dapat dialokasikan oleh IeSPA Kota Samarinda terhadap KONI, minimnya klub professional yang dapat menampung atlet e-sport, dan semakin tingginya harga perangkat handphone sebagai prasarana bermain.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
