Selain itu kehandalan petugas kesehatan dalam merespon kebutuhan pasien serta jaminan terhadap pasien sehingga mampu menumbuhkan kepercayaan. Namun adanya keterbatasan alat-alat penunjang medis serta obat-obatan juga jumlah pegawai dan dokter yang dirasa masih kurang menjadi penghambat bagi Puskesmas Rawat Inap Palaran dalam merealisasikan pelayanan yang berkualitas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
