Hal ini dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku bisnis dalam menjalankan strategi komunikasi pemasaran untuk menarik maupun mempertahankan pelanggannya. Seperti yang dilakukan oleh PT. Comtelindo Balikpapan, salah satu perusahaan jasa layanan IT di Kota Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penerapan metode Digital Inbound Marketing sebagai Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Terpadu PT. Comtelindo Balikpapan dalam Mempertahankan Loyalitas Pelanggan.<br \/>\nTeori yang digunakan dalam mendukung metode Digital Inbound Marketing adalah Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) dan Model Komunikasi AIDDA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang disajikan yaitu observasi dan wawancara menggunakan data primer melalui sumber data key informan dan informan, data sekunder melalui sumber dokumen, e-journal, buku-buku, artikel dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif model interaktif (interactive model of analys) yang dikembangkan oleh Miles &amp; Huberman dengan fokus penelitian 3 elemen Digital Inbound Marketing.<br \/>\nBerdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan metode Digital Inbound Marketing pada PT. Comtelindo Balikpapan dalam  mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggannya melalui elemen Attract (menarik perhatian) dengan tools brosur digital, website, sosial media instagram, dan video youtube channel. Kemudian masuk pada tahapan elemen Engage (menjalin ikatan) melalui tools interactive &amp; direct marketing, personal selling, e-mail marketing dan marketing automation. Tahapan yang terakhir yaitu elemen Delight (memberikan pengalaman) dengan beberapa tools yaitu smart content (blogging), survey, review after purchase (testimoni) dan customer reward.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
